About the Role
Lanware Solutions is seeking a dedicated SEO Monitor with over three years of solid experience in SEO, exhibiting strong analytical capabilities and hands-on knowledge of WordPress and technical SEO. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about enhancing organic search performance and adapting to evolving search engine algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize WordPress websites, including management of pages, posts, plugins, and SEO configurations.
- Conduct technical SEO tasks such as indexing, resolving crawl errors, improving Core Web Vitals, applying basic schema markup, managing XML sitemaps, and structuring sites effectively.
- Monitor organic search performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Perform keyword research aimed at aligning content with searcher intent.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies by optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking structures, and content quality.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, outreach, and backlink surveillance.
- Track key SEO indicators including keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates; troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO reports that provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize foundational HTML knowledge to assist with on-page and technical SEO enhancements.
- Manage SEO operations across multiple client websites, ensuring deadlines and goals are met efficiently.
- Keep abreast of updates to search engine algorithms and maintain awareness of current industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with web developers, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals.
- An understanding of AI-based SEO tools and AI-driven content optimization is considered advantageous.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least three years of verifiable experience in SEO roles.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise.
- Practical experience in optimizing WordPress environments.
- Comprehensive grasp of technical SEO principles and implementations.
