Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SEO Expert with over 10 years of practical experience in Website SEO and Google Business Profile SEO to join our team in Patna, Bihar. This full-time, on-site position involves strategizing, optimizing, and managing SEO efforts to boost local and organic search visibility and rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Website and Local SEO strategies.
- Conduct On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO optimizations.
- Manage and enhance Google Business Profile listings.
- Increase visibility on Google Maps and improve local search rankings.
- Perform thorough keyword research and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Build quality backlinks and manage local citations.
- Ensure Name, Address, Phone (NAP) consistency across listings.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify and rectify technical issues on websites.
- Drive increased organic traffic, leads, and search engine ranking growth.
- Track performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GMB Insights.
- Generate detailed SEO performance reports weekly and monthly.
- Keep abreast of the latest Google algorithms and local SEO updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in Website SEO and GMB SEO.
- Strong competence in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO practices.
- Demonstrated success in Local SEO and Google Maps optimization.
- Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile tools, and major SEO software.
- Expertise in keyword research, backlink creation, citation management, and SEO audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills along with problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant SEO certifications will be considered advantageous.
Compensation and Additional Information
Salary ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹80,000 per month, negotiable depending on candidate's experience.
Work Conditions
This is an on-site role based in our Patna office; remote work or work from home arrangements are not available.
