What you will do

You will build and run the global framework that improves operational effectiveness across the company’s worldwide network. The role is designed for a leader who can shape continuous improvement practices, uncover cost reduction opportunities, define meaningful performance measures, and work closely with stakeholders across functions to turn data into practical results.

Strategic efficiency and process improvement

  • Develop and drive the company’s global efficiency strategy, helping continuous improvement become part of day-to-day operations across international locations.
  • Review cost drivers, operational standards, and performance gaps to identify waste and create focused corrective actions.
  • Work with leaders across functions to design initiatives that are practical, scalable, measurable, and able to improve resource use and financial outcomes.
  • Promote pilot initiatives, experimental workflows, and new ways of working across regional teams.

Program management and governance

  • Oversee the global efficiency program portfolio and prepare accurate, timely reporting for senior leadership.
  • Check and verify operational data and savings figures submitted by regional teams and agencies to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate governance requirements.
  • Capture and share proven operational practices so they can be consistently adopted across the global organization.

Logistics division performance and KPI management

  • Manage the consolidated KPI tracking framework for the global logistics division.
  • Review and confirm departmental performance metrics before they are submitted to the corporate level.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to deploy improvement programs and measure their effect on spend and operational output.

Requirements

This role calls for a senior professional with deep experience in maritime operations, supply chain, or enterprise process improvement, plus the ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
