Role Overview
The Senior Visa Counsellor will guide clients through the complexities of visa application processes, offering expert advice on various visa categories including study, tourist, and work visas. This role demands assessing client eligibility, supporting documentation preparation, and ensuring all application materials are accurate and promptly submitted. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and providing superior client service throughout the visa journey are critical elements of this position.
Primary Duties
- Advise clients on different visa options tailored to their requirements.
- Evaluate eligibility based on current immigration standards.
- Clarify procedural steps, necessary paperwork, timelines, and costs involved.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of client documentation.
- Prepare visa applications meticulously and ensure timely submission.
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and immigration policies.
- Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients through follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and provide regular status updates.
- Achieve counselling, conversion, and application submission targets while upholding high service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in visa counselling or overseas education consultancy is preferred.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 32500 INR.
