Senior Video Producer

Role Overview

As a Senior Video Producer at LocalEyes Video Production, you will oversee a large and diverse portfolio of 30-50 active projects including brand videos, testimonials, product launches, and retainers. You will manage these remotely with support from associate producers and a contract bench, ensuring all outputs meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of video projects simultaneously while maintaining superior quality.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular kickoffs, creative briefings, weekly updates, and wrap-up calls, ensuring clients never have to inquire about project status.
• Serve as the quality control checkpoint by reviewing project cuts and catching issues prior to client review.
• Attend key on-site shoots in US markets multiple times per quarter, leading flagship production days and kickoff sessions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth by generating referrals and expanding project scopes, directly impacting compensation.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 7 years of experience producing videos in corporate, commercial, or agency settings with comprehensive knowledge across all production stages including cameras, crews, and post-production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with disciplined systems.
• Skilled in client-facing communications at a senior level, meeting expectations of VP-level marketing executives.
• Based in the US and able to travel for on-site shoot days.
• Have a professional portfolio of projects that you are proud to present.
