Job description
About the Company
Turnkey is a high-end technology and cryptography-focused organization working on advanced secure access management, programmable key infrastructure, and privacy-first data protection systems. Its cloud platform is designed for very fast cryptographic processing, supporting financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise software teams with strong isolation and zero-trust security principles.
As the business expands internationally and strengthens its presence in major financial centres, it is hiring a senior executive to drive growth, coordinate execution across functions, and support large-scale infrastructure rollouts.
Role Overview
The Senior Vice President will lead major operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and global operations. Based in Doha, Qatar, the role reports to the executive committee and serves as a bridge between advanced software architecture and enterprise market growth. This is a senior, high-independence leadership position requiring strong security understanding, scaling experience, and executive-level governance capability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the roadmap for scaling cryptographic access management capabilities across new and emerging markets.
Coordinate execution across software engineering, product architecture, developer relations, and global operations to keep teams aligned and moving efficiently.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise technology groups, sovereign organisations, and sovereign financial technology stakeholders.
Lead talent growth, infrastructure planning, and workspace setup for expanding technical teams.
Oversee compliance across cloud systems, technical tools, and data-routing processes to ensure they meet international security audit standards and privacy requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings a long record of executive leadership, strong knowledge of security infrastructure, and experience helping technology companies expand into new regions. They should be comfortable discussing technical architecture, business scaling, and governance topics with senior stakeholders and board members.
Experience and Background
Applicants should have at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity software, enterprise B2B software, or top-tier fintech. Prior experience at the level of Senior Vice President, Vice President, or Managing Director is expected.
Strong familiarity with identity and access management, secure private key distribution, hardware security modules, or developer-focused APIs is important.
Successful experience scaling a technology organisation into new international markets and helping build corporate structures from the ground up is required.
Excellent boardroom communication skills are needed to translate cryptography, engineering complexity, and capital expenditure considerations into clear strategic plans for directors and sovereign partners.
Education
A Master’s degree is preferred, or equivalent executive-level experience in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
The package includes a premium executive salary, equity upside, and performance-based incentives.
Additional benefits include relocation support, worldwide health insurance, and executive wellness allowances.
The company also offers a highly autonomous working culture focused on innovation in a fast-growing technology environment.
