We invite you to contribute as a Custody Product Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the complete product roadmap for custody services in the Middle East, aligned with firm-wide platform and regional growth goals.
- Set product vision, define scope, and establish success metrics for MENA custody offerings, including onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting functions.
- Serve as the principal liaison with local market infrastructures and regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance and relevance.
- Interpret local regulations, membership guidelines, and technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to maintain continuous regulatory compliance and manage changes effectively.
- Partner with cross-platform engineering and operations teams to convert requirements into prioritized development backlogs and delivery timelines.
- Assist in quarterly planning processes by providing clear assessments of capacity, dependencies, and risks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Commercial teams, to align product capabilities with client needs and market demands.
- Integrate client feedback and market trends into product improvements and roadmap updates.
- Communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies transparently to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Proven product management experience in custody, securities services, or post-trade sectors.
- Direct knowledge of MENA capital markets, custody frameworks, or market infrastructure operations.
- Strong grasp of custody operating procedures including settlement flows, asset servicing, and market connectivity.
- Established track record in engaging with regulators or market utility bodies.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex cross-functional projects within regulated environments.
