Role overview
This confidential executive search is for a Senior Vice President, Operations and Excellence to join a major construction organization with a substantial mix of self-perform and support businesses. The selected leader will hold enterprise-wide accountability for a cluster of operating companies that underpin the delivery engine of the general contracting platform.
The position is designed to improve operating consistency, sharpen financial results, and develop stronger leadership capability across a range of field-oriented businesses. Success in the role will require someone who can move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a presence that is equally effective on the jobsite and in the executive suite.
A key focus will be making sure each business unit is structurally robust, financially disciplined, and aligned with the organization’s future workload and delivery expectations. Key responsibilities
