Role Summary
The Senior Vice President of Operations will direct the company’s manufacturing and operations strategy across multiple production sites. This executive role covers manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and overall operational performance, with a focus on preparing the business for continued growth.
The position is intended to improve process effectiveness, increase scalability, and ensure manufacturing capabilities stay aligned with product innovation and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational planning across multiple production locations.
- Create and implement strategies that raise efficiency, improve capacity use, and strengthen cost performance.
- Maintain high standards for quality and compliance, including food safety requirements and relevant industry regulations.
- Work closely with commercial and technical teams to enable product development, launch readiness, and customer-focused innovation.
- Define, monitor, and manage operational KPIs and performance measures to reinforce accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive capital planning efforts tied to facility upgrades, equipment purchases, and future operating scale.
- Recruit, coach, and strengthen leadership teams in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
- Promote a work culture built on operational rigor, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive leadership background in food ingredients, food processing, flavor production, or similar process manufacturing settings.
- Proven success managing manufacturing operations and supply chain activities across multiple sites.
- Strong working knowledge of regulated food production environments and quality management systems.
- Experience leading process improvements, operational optimization, and plant expansion efforts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners involved in innovation, technical development, and customer support.
- Confident leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
