Job description
Role Summary
The Senior Vice President of Quality will lead the overall quality vision for the jewelry division. This role is focused on building and governing the quality management framework, setting standards, and ensuring that every stage of the business delivers products that meet premium, consistent, and globally compliant benchmarks.
What You Will Own
- Define the company’s end-to-end quality strategy for the jewelry business.
- Create, refine, and maintain quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Ensure the quality framework aligns with recognized international industry standards.
- Oversee quality across procurement, production, setting, testing, and dispatch.
- Build and run a supplier evaluation and audit process.
- Improve control systems to lower defect rates and rework.
- Develop stronger product and process testing standards.
- Monitor quality compliance during new product development.
- Drive consistency and process stability across the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with design, production, procurement, inspection, and sales teams to keep quality aligned from concept to final delivery.
- Establish and maintain standardized quality processes across functions.
- Identify supply-chain and production quality risks early.
- Create a structured system for tracking quality issues and driving corrective action.
- Continuously improve the quality management system and related workflows.
Experience and Background
This leadership role calls for deep expertise in quality or production management within the jewelry or luxury goods sector. Candidates should bring strong senior-level management experience, a clear grasp of the full jewelry supply chain, and a proven ability to design and implement quality systems at scale. Experience with international jewelry brands or premium manufacturing environments is preferred.
