Role Summary

The Senior Vice President of Projects is a full-time remote leadership position focused on directing the planning, coordination, and successful completion of complex testing projects across the organization. This role is accountable for leading project management teams, establishing delivery standards, and ensuring each engagement stays on track for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the overall project portfolio and determine priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate resources effectively to support project execution and delivery.
• Review status updates and progress reports to keep work aligned with objectives.
• Identify and reduce delivery risks, and resolve issues that could affect outcomes.
• Work with executive leadership on strategy and operational direction.
• Create, refine, and improve project management frameworks and governance practices.
• Maintain trusted relationships with major clients and external partners.
• Coach and support project leaders to strengthen team performance.
• Drive efficiency improvements across delivery operations.
• Monitor performance metrics to support long-term growth and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership background managing large, multi-project portfolios and cross-functional teams in a services or technology setting.
• Strong command of project and program management, including planning, execution, risk control, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work closely with clients to define requirements, align expectations, and sustain high satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
• Experience building standardized processes, governance models, and performance measurement systems for project organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to executive audiences and managing remote teams.
• Prior exposure to testing services, quality assurance, or closely related technical work is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced study or certifications such as PMP or PgMP are advantageous.
• Comfort operating in a remote, high-velocity environment with strong ownership, flexibility, and teamwork.
