Role Overview
The Senior Vice-President of Operations is a remote, full-time leadership position responsible for directing and improving operational performance across Amplify Physical Therapy Partners. This role owns the creation and delivery of operating strategies that enable growth in clinic partnerships, efficient candidate-to-clinic matching, and a consistently strong service experience. The position works closely with executive leadership, clinic partners, and internal teams to refine processes, improve the customer journey, and keep operations aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will guide day-to-day operations, oversee budgets and profit-and-loss performance, define and track key performance indicators, and lead ongoing improvement efforts. You will also coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support strategic planning, and help operational leaders grow through mentoring and guidance.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in operations leadership and project delivery, with the ability to create, launch, and improve processes across multiple teams and locations.
- Strong financial management capability, including budget ownership, P&L oversight, and performance monitoring that supports steady growth.
- Background in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to connect operational work to organizational goals and long-term direction.
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building, especially with clinic partners and candidates.
- Substantial leadership experience in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or a closely related environment.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams, building collaboration, and holding people accountable in a remote setup.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and judgment, with a data-informed approach to operational decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executives and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA is preferred.
