Role Overview
This position serves as a senior leader across multiple accounts within healthcare communications, reporting directly to the EVP and President. The SVP will strategically advise executives, set sector direction, and lead integrated teams spanning several offices, emphasizing executive communications, storytelling, and media engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to expand corporate capabilities.
- Lead multiple accounts as a communications strategist and advisor to senior executives, leveraging expertise in executive messaging, storytelling, and broadcast media.
- Manage teams to formulate strategy, oversee business plans, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key media and influencers to guide client resource allocation.
- Oversee diverse storytelling initiatives across paid, earned, and owned media channels to enhance client influence.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders, crafting approaches to maximize client engagement.
- Serve as technology communications lead on new business development, providing storytelling expertise across client engagements.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with agency leaders and technology sector teams across multiple markets.
- Supervise multi-office teams delivering integrated communications, encouraging growth through mentoring and leadership development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in Communications.
- At least 10-12 years of specialization in Technology Communications or closely related fields, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience handling financial models and budget or profit and loss responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, diplomatic environments and attract stakeholders.
- Proven track record of attracting, inspiring, and developing senior leaders to build sustainable, skilled teams.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 40% of the time.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

- Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple locations.
- Strong presentation and consulting skills with fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $195,000 to $234,000 USD, varying by region, responsibilities, skills, and experience.
