Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Global Operations holds a critical full-time remote leadership position at Moe Makina. This executive will drive the worldwide operational strategy and execution, managing all facets of operations such as manufacturing systems, supply chain effectiveness, and continuous operational improvement across various regions. Daily responsibilities include establishing and tracking operational performance indicators, spearheading improvement programs, aligning global operations with overall strategic goals, and ensuring processes are scalable to support growth trajectories. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, engineering, product, and commercial departments, the SVP will synchronize operational capacities to meet market requirements and innovation objectives. Additionally, the role entails managing significant cross-functional initiatives, overseeing operational risk, and cultivating a culture centered around accountability, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and driving operational excellence on a global scale.
• Strong command of Supply Chain Management encompassing logistics, procurement, and vendor relations internationally.
• Accomplished in strategic planning and managing complex projects spanning multiple regions.
• Extensive senior leadership experience within engineering, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing, diverse teams in remote and distributed environments.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in operational analytics and performance measurement tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across executive and technical teams.
• Advanced degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
• Experience in sustainability-driven industrial solutions and knowledge of global compliance and quality standards.
