Role overview
An established enterprise is hiring a seasoned finance executive to steer a large-scale finance function spanning FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. This role is central to improving financial results during high-growth phases, major organizational change, and business integration efforts.
The selected leader will work closely with senior executives and the Board of Directors to shape financial direction, improve operating performance, and enable sustainable long-term expansion.
What you will do
- Direct the organization’s core finance areas, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning.
- Create and implement financial strategies that support growth targets and broader business priorities.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial statements and reporting, and overall performance tracking.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business choices.
- Oversee capital deployment, cash flow, liquidity management, and financial risk controls.
- Deliver financial results, projections, and strategic updates to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Design and strengthen scalable finance systems, operating processes, and internal controls for a complex business environment.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Candidate profile
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
- Demonstrated success guiding finance teams through rapid expansion, acquisitions, or significant organizational change.
- Deep knowledge of FP&A, accounting, treasury, and corporate finance.
- Prior experience presenting to executive leadership teams and boards.
- Strong strategic judgment, leadership capability, and communication skills.
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Base pay is between $270,000 and $300,000.
- Eligible for a performance-linked bonus.
