About the Role
Fulchester Consultants is collaborating with a globally recognized business coaching leader to recruit a Senior Vice President Coach. This remote position, with occasional travel, reports directly to the CEO and focuses on fostering vibrant and effective company cultures in partner organizations. The role places special emphasis on people strategy, talent management, and leadership development with a goal to build and sustain high-performance work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that promote inclusive, positive, and high-achieving cultures throughout partnered businesses.
- Serve as a culture advocate ensuring company values consistently inform employee relations and human resources operations.
- Perform culture assessments and partner with leadership to implement plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and contentment.
- Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract premier talent and supervise onboarding practices to seamlessly integrate new employees.
- Advise business leaders on ongoing talent growth, including performance management, career advancement, and leadership enhancement programs.
- Contribute to succession planning by recognizing and mentoring future leadership candidates.
- Drive employee engagement through thoughtful internal communications and initiatives that encourage collaboration and a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Coach executives and team members on leadership excellence to elevate talent capabilities and business outcomes.
- Maintain regular feedback loops with employees and groups to consistently align culture with corporate objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational design and ensure effective resource allocation to meet enterprise goals.
- Promote team-building activities that uplift cooperation, morale, and overall productivity across various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior roles involving human resources, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring senior executives in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Strong expertise in building company culture and designing engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effective collaboration at all organizational tiers.
Additional Information
