Role Overview
This full-time remote leadership position is responsible for shaping business strategy, strengthening relationships with institutional investors, and guiding mid-market infrastructure investment initiatives. The role also includes leading business development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and advising on investment product strategy. In addition, the position supports infrastructure development and asset management efforts, works with municipal and private-sector stakeholders, and helps identify growth opportunities across transportation, renewable energy, and environmental infrastructure markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and support decision-making at a senior leadership level.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders.
- Drive business development activities for infrastructure investment products and opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across investment and development initiatives.
- Guide infrastructure project development, asset management, and repositioning efforts.
- Build and sustain partnerships with municipal bodies and private-sector collaborators.
- Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities in transportation, clean energy, renewables, and environmental infrastructure.
- Contribute to investment analysis, financial planning, and long-term value creation strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams and making strategic decisions.
- Background in infrastructure development, asset management, or investment advisory work.
- Knowledge of transportation, clean energy, renewable energy, or environmental infrastructure sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills with institutional investors and public authorities.
- Ability to perform investment analysis, financial modeling, and repositioning assessments.
- Solid project management skills with a focus on delivering sustainable long-term outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related area, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in North American infrastructure markets is a strong advantage.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
