Role Overview

The Senior Valuer position is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in Riyadh. Responsibilities include conducting thorough real estate appraisals, producing detailed valuation reports, and providing consultancy support for multiple property asset classes. Daily activities encompass property inspections, collecting and analyzing market data, implementing suitable valuation methodologies, and ensuring adherence to pertinent standards and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with estate agents and internal teams, clearly communicating results to clients, and mentoring junior colleagues by reviewing their work. Furthermore, the Senior Valuer will aid business development by spotting new opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Demonstrated expertise in real estate appraisal and valuation covering various property categories.
• Experience collaborating with estate agents and real estate professionals alongside a solid understanding of local and regional market dynamics.
