Role overview
An established client is undergoing a major digital transformation and is seeking a senior-level UX designer to help define the next phase of its online experience. This is an opportunity to influence the design direction of prominent digital products used by thousands of people each day.
The organisation has recently adopted a premium digital experience platform and is rebuilding its web presence from the ground up. The goal is to deliver modern, accessible, and meaningful experiences that align with the organisation’s identity and values across multiple websites and online tools.
You will work within a collaborative digital team and partner with stakeholders and decision-makers to turn business requirements and brand direction into thoughtful, user-friendly design outcomes. The role suits someone who is comfortable leading discussions, asking insightful questions, and shaping experiences that feel seamless to the end user.
In addition to strong UX capability, the ideal candidate will bring curiosity, empathy, and a practical approach to making digital interactions simple, useful, and engaging. Experience in service design would be highly valuable, as there is scope to shape how experiences connect across different touchpoints.
What the role involves
- Contributing to the design of large-scale digital environments and major website redesign initiatives.
- Working directly with stakeholders to understand needs, clarify objectives, and develop design solutions.
- Supporting service design thinking and journey mapping where relevant.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a creative and fast-moving digital setting.
- Creating user journeys that are intuitive, visually appealing, and effective.
Candidate profile
