Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Travel Consultant with deep understanding of GCC customers' holiday preferences and proven expertise selling premium outbound international vacations. The candidate should possess broad knowledge of sought-after destinations, exemplary communication, and the ability to craft custom travel itineraries for discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries from GCC and Indian clientele regarding premium holiday travel
• Design tailored international vacation packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer journey
• Leverage strong destination knowledge across Europe (Switzerland, France, Italy, Turkey), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Bali, Malaysia), Indian Ocean (Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles), and Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Azerbaijan, Georgia)
• Recommend destinations based on preferences, seasonal factors, visa needs, and budget
• Build enduring customer relationships and consult on travel options
• Explain visa requirements and suggest suitable hotels and luxury experiences
• Upsell exclusive services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, visa teams, and transport providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet monthly sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and repeat booking targets

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in international holiday sales
• Excellent knowledge of European and GCC outbound travel markets
• Proficiency in designing customized FIT travel packages
• Experience with premium clientele and strong supplier network
• Skilled negotiator with outstanding communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively under sales targets
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
