Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Training & Change Management Specialist to join our National Security sector. This pivotal role ensures federal agencies effectively adopt and embed new technologies into their operational workflows, focusing on the Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training and organizational change management strategies to bolster federal digital transformation efforts.
  • Perform detailed training needs analyses to identify skills gaps and tailor educational programs for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation of instructional content such as user manuals, webinars, and interactive learning sessions.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and workshops utilizing Design Thinking and Business Process Analysis methodologies to foster organizational support.
  • Work closely with technical teams to convert complex IT and telecommunications topics into accessible training materials for non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute expert input and written content for RFI/RFP responses, white papers, and customer presentations focusing on change adoption.
  • Establish and strengthen trust-based relationships with customers to align their challenges with Redhorse’s transformative technologies.
  • Assess and refine training and change initiatives by analyzing data-driven feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in management consulting or federal contracting environments.
  • Minimum three years dedicated to training delivery, instructional design, or change management.
  • Proficiency in Organizational Change Management frameworks and Business Process Redesign.
  • Track record of developing and implementing training for large government IT modernization projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading client presentations and facilitating executive workshops.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines related to proposals and project commitments.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Preferred Experience

  • Certifications such as PROSCI, CPTD, or PMP.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning content development tools.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile transformation processes.
  • Experience supporting business development through capture strategy and proposal writing.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary for this position is set within a range based on factors like experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance status, location, market environment, and internal company equity. Eligible employees may also qualify for benefits and performance-related incentives.
