Role Overview

The organization is hiring a skilled Senior Customer Service Trainer to work across its South India hubs. The role focuses on onboarding new customer service advisors, building effective training programs, and continuously improving the capability of the existing team. The ideal candidate should combine customer service training expertise with insurance domain knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and first-time resolution outcomes.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is based in Hyderabad, with the job details also mentioning Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi as hub locations. Working hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

The trainer will be expected to handle the complete training lifecycle for customer service teams, including induction, product knowledge, process understanding, and post-training support. The role also involves coaching, content development, performance analysis, and refresher learning initiatives.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable speaking English and the local language of the relevant state. Experience of 1 to 7 years in trainer roles within a BPO, contact center, or customer service environment is required, with insurance or BFSI experience preferred. A graduate or postgraduate qualification in any stream is acceptable, and strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and audience engagement skills are essential.
