Role overview

We are hiring energetic, self-driven Tele Sales Officers to support growth across Banking and Solar offerings. The role is centered on outbound calling, lead creation, product explanation, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up to help convert prospects into customers.

What you will do

Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls.
Identify and develop leads for banking loan products and solar solutions.
Present products and services in a clear, professional manner.
Arrange meetings or appointments for the sales team.
Track customer interactions and keep CRM records up to date.
Work toward monthly goals for sales and lead generation.

Equipment loans
Loan against property (LAP)
Business and MSME loans
Working capital and OD/CC limits
Industrial and commercial solar projects
Residential rooftop solar systems
Solar financing and government subsidy support

Who can apply

Graduates and undergraduates are eligible. Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills; English will be an added advantage. Freshers may apply if they have strong communication skills, while prior experience in telecalling, banking, insurance, finance, or solar sales is preferred. Basic computer knowledge is also required.
