The company serves manufacturing, service industries, and EPC companies across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Telangana.
Job Role and Responsibilities
The position is for a First Relationship Officer primarily engaged in lead generation via phone calls. The role encompasses making calls for lead identification, performing consistent follow-ups with potential clients, managing accurate data entries in CRM systems, and overseeing data management tasks efficiently.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily with a lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM and a tea break from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Only female candidates are eligible to apply for this role. Candidates should possess at least a graduation degree, preferably with a commerce background. Essential skills include being soft-spoken, presentable, quick in learning, and having basic proficiency in English speaking.
Compensation and Incentives
The starting salary is 20,000 INR per month, which will increase to 25,000 INR per month after completing three months. In addition, incentives are offered based on disbursement performance and vary monthly according to the ongoing scheme.
