Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls to present and promote our company's products, with the goal of lead generation and conversion to sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively making outbound calls to introduce company products to prospective clients.
• Clearly explaining the features and advantages of the products offered.
• Handling customer queries and objections with accurate information to resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism during all communications.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to leads and sales conversions.
• Keeping precise records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Working closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Generating new leads through efficient telecalling strategies.
• Preparing reports and exploring new methods to increase the customer base.
• Exhibiting flexibility to multitask and strong teamwork abilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to convince customers effectively.
• Good negotiation capabilities and skillful handling of objections.
• Motivated, target-driven individual with a proactive approach.
• Must possess any degree qualification.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Additional Information

This is an onsite full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The monthly salary ranges between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000. Candidates should be prepared to achieve targets and adapt to dynamic work conditions.
