Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and committed Senior Technicians to join our Service Department in Porur, Chennai. Candidates should have strong expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Honda passenger vehicles, ensuring superior quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in Honda vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance, general servicing, and comprehensive repairs in line with Honda standards.
• Repair components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, steering, brakes, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
• Utilize Honda diagnostic equipment and workshop tools for precise fault identification.
• Complete repair assignments within the specified turnaround times.
• Perform quality control checks before returning vehicles to customers.
• Maintain accurate job cards and update repair progress meticulously.
• Adhere to Honda's service procedures and workshop safety protocols.
• Mentor junior technicians and trainees in technical tasks.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors to ensure prompt completion and delivery of vehicles.

Qualifications and Experience

• ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2 to 10 years of experience servicing passenger vehicles, preferably at an authorized automobile dealership.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems related to automobiles.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous.
