Job description
About the company
Future Secure AI is developing new solutions at the leading edge of artificial intelligence, focused on solving meaningful enterprise challenges across a range of industries. The business is backed by advanced technology and a workplace culture built on courage, discipline, and curiosity. Its BRAVER values define the standard expected from every team member. The leadership group is entrepreneurial, highly experienced, approachable, and runs with an open-door style, so people are treated as contributors rather than numbers. The company also places a strong emphasis on development and growth, recognising that team success depends on individual progress.
Role overview
Future Secure AI is hiring a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end technical recruitment across APAC. This person will help bring in the engineering, product, data, and AI talent needed to build the company’s technology, working closely with hiring managers in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
This is a senior, hands-on hiring role suited to someone with strong technical recruitment experience, an active network in the technical talent market, and the ability to stay composed while balancing multiple priorities. The role sits within a newly forming talent acquisition team and will help define how the company hires, while also setting a high bar for candidate experience as the organisation grows.
The company operates as one team with shared goals, where candidates, pipelines, hiring manager relationships, and recognition are openly shared. Collaboration, flexibility, and willingness to step in where needed are important parts of the culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for technical positions, including engineering, product, data, and AI roles, from initial briefing through to offer and acceptance.
- Work with technical leaders and hiring managers to shape role requirements and run a structured, consistent recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Keep hiring moving quickly across multiple live roles while maintaining quality and reducing time to hire.
- Deliver a clear, respectful, and well-communicated candidate journey that reflects the company’s standards.
- Use recruitment data and hiring metrics to improve speed, consistency, and overall hiring quality.
- Collaborate closely with the wider talent acquisition team by sharing pipelines, candidate intelligence, and support across roles.
- Help shape recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding as the talent acquisition function is established.
- Share practical learnings and improvements so the team continuously raises its effectiveness.
What the company is looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment, either in-house or in agency settings, ideally within technology, startup, or scale-up businesses.
- A strong history of hiring specialist technical talent across software, data, AI, or product functions.
- Confident direct sourcing capability, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar search platforms.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with technical hiring managers.
- A well-developed professional network within the technical talent community.
- Comfort working through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, organised, and comfortable using an ATS; Greenhouse experience is mentioned.
- Understanding of the Australian employment environment.
- A collaborative team mindset with a willingness to share openly and measure success by collective outcomes.
- Interest in joining a newly forming team and helping define the function as it grows.
Why join
- Work in a high-performance environment.
- Build with advanced, state-of-the-art technology.
- Learn from experienced, world-class leadership.
- Contribute to work with real scale, purpose, and impact.
- Receive a competitive salary with strong growth potential.
- Be part of an industry-leading team.
- Enjoy a flexible working environment.
- Work in a culture that values diversity and creativity.
