Role Overview

WalkMe is expanding and is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the support team in Athlone, Ireland. In this role, you will serve as a dependable contact for customers from the sales stage through onboarding, project completion, and renewals. You will work to resolve issues quickly, help the team meet service level commitments, and contribute to customer satisfaction by strengthening the knowledge base and community resources.

Key Responsibilities

You will communicate with customers through email, live chat, and screen sharing, while guiding them toward effective and self-sufficient use of the product. The role involves building strong product knowledge, understanding customer goals, sharing best practices, and suggesting improvements that enhance the overall customer journey.

Working Schedule

The standard working days for this position are Monday to Friday.
