About the Role

We are looking for a Manager-level Senior Talent Sourcer to join our remote team, operating on a US shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. This role involves leveraging multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, especially within AI, IT services, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply diverse sourcing approaches including social media, job platforms, networking, direct engagement, and talent mapping to discover qualified candidates.
• Target potential candidates from competitors and relevant sectors to ensure a varied talent pool is maintained.
• Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective candidates for current and upcoming job openings, maintaining strategic relationships for continuous engagement.
• Collaborate with recruiters, the Head of Talent, and hiring managers to align on hiring requirements and establish effective sourcing tactics.
• Perform initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural compatibility, providing comprehensive evaluations to hiring teams.
• Advance employer branding by promoting Ascendion as a preferred employer through engaging content and outreach on various platforms.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in applicant tracking systems, producing reports and insights on sourcing activities using tools such as Excel.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor recruitment tactics, and market intelligence to guide sourcing strategies and talent mapping.
• Support recruitment operations alongside COE Leads by assisting with process documentation, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience specializing in candidate sourcing/recruitment focusing on the North American market.
• Strong background sourcing candidates within AI, IT services/solutions sectors, particularly for non-technical roles, leadership positions, and sales leadership.
• Proven capability in handling large and complex recruitment assignments.
• Ability to accurately interpret detailed job requirements and respond to organizational recruitment needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with recruitment technologies.
• Effective communication and relationship management skills with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Competence in building and sustaining positive relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
