You will leverage advanced AI tools and Aquent's strong global brand to engage with emerging talent and market opportunities.
What We Provide
- Complete remote work with flexible hours and no micromanagement, including a monthly technology allowance to support your home office setup.
- Unlimited paid time off policies, including an additional 5 days of leave during the December festive period, beyond statutory annual leave.
- Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure rewarding high performance and top billing.
- An $8,000 annual Employee Learning Fund to invest in professional development such as courses, certifications, or degrees.
- Access to cutting-edge proprietary AI and predictive data tools to identify hiring needs before they become explicit.
- A collaborative and non-toxic workplace culture emphasizing team success over individual competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build your own market by identifying organizational shifts, digital transformation projects, and AI initiatives to offer tailored talent solutions across contract, freelance, and permanent roles.
- Engage and consult with executive-level clients such as marketing directors, CTOs, and HR leaders to align talent acquisition with business strategy.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle autonomously, from relationship building to placement of highly skilled marketing, design, and digital technology professionals.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in specialized segments including AI Product Management, UX/CX Design, Data Analytics, or Generative AI Engineering.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of recruitment or business development experience within Australian agencies, with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets and producing high-value billings.
- Strong commercial insight and an ability to stay ahead of industry developments, technology trends, and economic factors influencing hiring demands.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills with confidence to influence senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Highly resilient and capable of self-managing in a remote work setup, viewing challenges as opportunities.
