Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts within technology and commercial divisions. This key role is part of our People team, responsible for developing talent pipelines, implementing structured hiring workflows, and acquiring top candidates to support our growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and commercial positions, managing all stages from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate structured interview processes and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment.
- Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Personio) to keep candidate data organized and pipelines current.
- Develop talent pools for critical roles with recurring hiring demands.
- Serve as a credible representative of the company brand to candidates, enhancing employer reputation.
- Continuously refine recruiting strategies, scorecards, and related documentation to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding transitions working collaboratively with the People team.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, specifically within technology and commercial domains.
- Highly organized with strong operational skills, capable of juggling multiple open positions at once.
- Proficient in using Personio or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, with the ability to independently advance recruitment processes without constant supervision.
- Located in Munich, Germany or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruitment background in defense, aerospace, or deep technology sectors.
- Experience designing recruitment frameworks from the ground up within startup environments.
