Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Huron, you will focus on recruitment across Europe, emphasizing the France market while also supporting recruitment activities within the UK&I, Switzerland, and Poland. This position requires a consultative recruiter capable of guiding business leaders, HR partners, and Centres of Excellence through country-specific talent markets, candidate expectations, legal compliance, and employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead European recruitment efforts with an emphasis on sourcing, engaging, and closing talent for France and UK&I positions.
- Develop targeted talent pipelines, implement sourcing campaigns, engage passive candidates, and provide stakeholders with insights regarding market conditions, compensation, language requirements, and competitiveness.
- Act as a trusted consultant to business leaders by offering data-supported market updates, actionable recruiting advice, and coordination with HR, Compensation, Legal, Operations, and other Centers of Excellence to ensure compliant and locally relevant recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including stakeholder intake, candidate sourcing, assessments, communications, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding preparations.
- Utilize Huron's interview framework to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring timely and culturally sensitive communication throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- University degree or commensurate professional experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities across Europe.
- Proven ability to build consultative partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, and recruiting Centers of Excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of the France recruitment landscape, including candidate behavior, sourcing techniques, legal employment standards, and local hiring practices.
- Understanding of employment law and compliance as applicable across European markets.
- Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in French is strongly preferred.
- Skilled in balancing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, ATS tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Experience in agency, managed services, consulting, or professional services environments is highly regarded.
Additional Information
Preferred work locations for this role include Belfast or Poland. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite.
