About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the comprehensive operating framework for our global aftermarket and warranty supply chain. This role is based in Hyderabad, India and covers worldwide responsibility for aftermarket supply, warranty fulfillment, reverse logistics, and the governance of VRA/RMA processes. The incumbent will orchestrate the flow from demand planning through inventory control to delivery confirmation, ensuring efficient reverse logistics and effective KPI management with clear escalation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global operating model covering demand signals, inventory planning, parts allocation, order fulfillment, delivery tracking, reverse logistics, and closure of cases.
  • Coordinate and manage the Aftermarket Monthly Business Review and Control Tower to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, track inventory health, assess service risks, logistics performance, and manage aging RMAs and VRAs with accountable action items.
  • Clarify roles and handoffs among planning, allocation control, reverse logistics, warehouse operations, and regional teams ensuring seamless supply chain execution.
  • Convert business inputs from multiple teams into executable supply chain workflows and operational metrics.
  • Standardize aftermarket procedures globally while respecting regional specifics, overseeing supplier workloads and adherence to allocation schedules.
  • Define, maintain, and report on a comprehensive KPI framework including order timelines, backlog, fulfillment channels, SLA compliance, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and RMA/VRA cycle times.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (Power BI, NetSuite, Anaplan, MRP) to underpin decision-making and partner with Business Systems to fine-tune dashboards and reporting rules.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team covering aftermarket planning, allocation management, reverse logistics, and support personnel.
  • Foster clarity in ownership, process discipline, documentation standards, and promote a culture emphasizing accountability, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, focusing on demand and supply planning leadership.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced planning software, preferably Anaplan, along with proficient analytical skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving team performance and process enhancement in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills across diverse functions.
  • Experience in sectors such as solar energy, EPC, construction, or capital projects is desirable.
