The Senior Strategic Operations Manager position offers a unique chance to contribute to Uber Eats' growth by working closely with major brands on the platform, enhancing their operational efficiency. This role requires creative problem-solving abilities, advanced data analytics, sharp critical thinking, a strong drive for implementation, plus excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex and ambiguous issues, organize solutions, and share insights with crucial stakeholders.
- Create effective tools, insights, and procedures that help scale operations across partner organizations.
- Develop analytical models to forecast, propose, and rank business initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to reach aligned decisions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3.5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, technology, finance, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree.

Compensation and Benefits
For New York City-based positions, the base salary ranges from USD 131,000 to USD 145,000 annually. Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity awards, and participation in a 401(k) plan, alongside other benefits.
Additional Information
Uber values collaboration and culture, so unless explicitly approved for full remote work, employees are expected to spend at least half of their time working onsite.
