Role Summary
The Senior Specialist in Sales Administration supports the Mastercard Commerce Media sales team by equipping them with sales tools and training necessary for success. This role involves managing the sales funnel and reporting on advertiser prospects and finalized sales. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience in sales administration, team training, and pipeline management within a global corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and produce reports on the sales pipeline, finalized sales, and renewals.
- Manage sales contracts, coordinate the sales process, and facilitate merchant onboarding.
- Update and maintain the product catalog including brands, logos, images, and maps.
- Keep training documentation and checklists current.
- Design, update, and deliver training materials and case studies that clearly define success criteria and operational needs for the offers platform.
- Create global resources for the sales team to support business reviews and provide monthly analytics that demonstrate product value.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales administration and training within a global context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong commercial awareness, enabling productive relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and persistent in task management.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time.
Corporate Security Responsibilities
