Role Overview
The Senior Specialist - Revenue Operations plays a critical role within Latham’s Revenue Operations team. This position is responsible for managing and executing complex billing tasks, coordinating billing activities, and preparing detailed client billing requests. The role is based in the Singapore office and may offer a flexible work schedule combining hybrid and in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, edit, and finalize bills following firm policies, client stipulations, and billing attorney instructions; review proforma invoices and manage subsequent corrections and electronic billing coordination.
- Prepare and complete invoices adhering to internal and external legal standards, including VAT, Criminal Finances Act Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, and anti-money laundering regulations where applicable.
- Ensure invoices are successfully delivered and collaborate with revenue and e-billing teams to guarantee smooth e-billing submissions; troubleshoot rejections and billing adjustments.
- Create and review proformas from the 3E system for informational and billing accuracy purposes.
- Utilize computerized billing and payable software to finalize billing processes, manage client refunds, and provide accurate billing-related information to customers.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence and professionalism across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritize assignments, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong technological proficiency, especially advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in legal, accounting, finance, or related sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems is advantageous.
