Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Senior Specialist in Recruitment Operations will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process. This includes crafting and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent, handling job postings on multiple channels, screening applications to shortlist potential candidates, and coordinating interviews by collaborating closely with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases, producing reports to assess hiring metrics, working alongside HR teams to optimize recruitment workflows, and staying informed on the latest recruitment trends and technologies to boost operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background in Commerce, Economics, Finance (Bachelor’s), or Business Administration, Business Analytics (Master’s)
- Certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) from Vskills or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning are preferred
- Proficiency in English at C2 level
- Key skills: candidate screening, ethical compliance, recruitment process orchestration, strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, Workday Talent Management system
