About the Role

Join Coastal Transportation Services Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global (RSG), as a Senior Specialist Operations Compliance based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We focus on delivering exceptional transportation services at the Red Sea destination, leveraging innovative projects including autonomous vehicles and sustainable transport solutions. This role supports the Operations Compliance function at RSG’s corporate level and plays a key role in enhancing operational excellence, regulatory conformity, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and regulatory programs across all RSG operational entities.
  • Monitor compliance adherence, identify gaps, manage compliance documentation with robust version control, and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Generate regular compliance performance reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analyze data for senior leadership review.
  • Support audits, track corrective actions, and prepare for internal and external inspections and regulatory assessments.
  • Keep regulatory compliance registers accurate and coordinate regulatory engagement activities with stakeholders.
  • Organize compliance-related meetings and training sessions, liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth compliance operations.
  • Contribute to departmental projects, coordinate tasks, provide progress updates, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Adhere to policies and safety standards, ensuring high quality service delivery and environmental responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with international best practices, cost efficiency, and productivity gains.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in operations compliance, regulatory compliance, governance, or related corporate functions.
  • Proven ability in preparing management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and compliance tracking documents.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of independent work, managing competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.

Skills and Competencies

  • Thorough understanding of operations compliance frameworks, SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Skilled in report writing, data analysis, and measuring compliance performance.
  • Effective project coordination, task management, and time prioritization under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork, stakeholder communication, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precise documentation.

Work Context

  • This role is part of the Operations Compliance department within the Operations Excellence division at RSG corporate level, reporting to the Director of Operations Compliance.
  • The specialist supports compliance framework maintenance, SOP governance, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, and project delivery across multiple operational sites.
  • Flexibility is essential to manage multiple assignments, shifting priorities, and coordination across functions in a dynamic environment.
  • The position may involve supporting site visits, regulatory interactions, and special projects as assigned by leadership.
