Senior Specialist - Institutional Quality Assurance, Compliance and Excellence

Position Overview

This role entails advancing the Institutional Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Excellence initiatives, situated in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must possess over six years of relevant experience and be a certified ISO Lead Auditor specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and enforce Quality Assurance protocols adhering to ISO standards, working collaboratively with the Institutional Effectiveness Division and other pertinent departments.
• Oversee and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits, which include crafting the annual audit schedule, selecting audit team members, reviewing audit tools, and compiling comprehensive Internal Audit Reports and meeting records.
• Develop strategies and methodologies that support the Academy's involvement in various internal, external, national, and international Excellence Award programs, coordinating cross-division efforts.
• Organize and lead organizational self-assessment meetings, documenting outcomes, and crafting actionable enhancement plans to rectify any noted deficiencies.
• Collaborate with all organizational units to assure the thorough application of the Excellence Program standards and objectives.

Additional Information

The candidate must hold a certification as an ISO Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems, granted by the International Organization for Standardization.
