Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting EMEA, the Senior Solutions Consultant serves as a critical link among technology, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The role involves partnering with sales and customer service teams to address complex identity verification challenges by designing solutions, engaging technically with prospects and existing clients, and ensuring maximum platform value.
The position requires hands-on technical involvement and strategic influence, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve processes and decision-making. This is a full-time onsite role based in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal technical contact for strategic customers, managing engagements and communications.
- Lead discovery efforts to identify client business goals and technical requirements, and conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and positive customer experiences.
- Contribute to ongoing internal technical knowledge sharing and maintain high standards of expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to clearly simplify complex technical and business concepts and confidently present product demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise advising on best practices regarding identity, compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, and system integration, tailored to varying customer needs.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, including REST, OAuth, JSON/XML, API design, and key management, with capability to translate complexities into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across geographically distributed teams.
- A "Trusted Expert" mindset focused on understanding customer requirements and recommending scalable, innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI tools is advantageous.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in senior technical support, solutions consulting, or implementation roles, preferably within identity verification, compliance, or financial technology sectors.
- Proven communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-based environments.
- Technical background with familiarity working with JSON, RESTful APIs, and SDKs (both native and web-based) is desirable.
Interview Process
- Initial recruiter screen: 30 minutes.
- Hiring manager interview: 45 minutes.
- Panel interview: 60 minutes.
- Final leadership interview: 30 minutes.
