About the Role

We present an exciting opportunity for a driven and skilled senior solicitor or senior associate to join our prominent corporate and commercial legal team, which specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory services. This position offers a chance to elevate your career within a highly experienced and dynamic environment.

You will work alongside a dedicated team managing diverse corporate matters including M&A transactions, private equity deals, venture capital, capital raising initiatives, shareholding structures, and various corporate advisory tasks. Our clientele includes leading international and domestic businesses engaged in complex and stimulating corporate transactions.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Handle a varied workload of corporate legal matters with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, internal departments, and clients to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the team by bringing innovative ideas and a proactive approach.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess five to six years of post-qualification experience specializing in corporate and commercial law, including private M&A experience.
  • Be eager to advance your career in the corporate and commercial law sector.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, continuous learning mindset, and innovation in your professional development.
