You will work alongside a dedicated team managing diverse corporate matters including M&A transactions, private equity deals, venture capital, capital raising initiatives, shareholding structures, and various corporate advisory tasks. Responsibilities and Expectations

• Handle a varied workload of corporate legal matters with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess five to six years of post-qualification experience specializing in corporate and commercial law, including private M&A experience.
