Senior Software Engineer - Full-stack and AI Integration

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full-stack features leveraging React, Redux, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Refactor and modernize legacy monolithic systems, integrating WebForms with contemporary distributed architectures deployed on AWS.
• Innovate engineering workflows by researching, prototyping, and adopting AI-powered development tools.
• Contribute to 24/7 product reliability through participation in incident response and on-call rotations.
• Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, establishing alignment and influencing engineering strategies using clear communication and data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL Server database design.
• Proven track record of deploying AI tools in production environments that create tangible business and customer impact.
• Strong experience in building and refactoring distributed systems using REST APIs on AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated tooling, and dedication to test-driven development approaches.
• A visionary mindset towards using AI as a transformative tool for redesigning workflows and implementing automation beyond personal productivity aids.
• Experience in creating SDKs and internal libraries to facilitate seamless integration by other teams.
