Job Description

• Formulate and dynamically adjust production plans for smart factories, optimizing resources based on order demands and equipment status.
• Utilize intelligent scheduling systems such as MES and APS to monitor real-time production progress and promptly address abnormalities to ensure delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources in production, warehousing, and logistics to promote efficient collaboration and problem resolution.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, propose optimization strategies, and foster continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing production scheduling, with familiarity in digital operations of smart factories.
• Proficient in production management systems like MES and APS, capable of independently developing and modifying production plans.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to quickly react to unexpected production issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
