About the Company
ENPI Group is hiring a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive new business and commercial expansion across its Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division.
About the Role
This position calls for a strong commercial leader with a well-developed customer network and a history of delivering sales growth in industrial manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue and profitability goals.
- Spot new opportunities and grow relationships with important customer accounts.
- Develop enduring partnerships with major clients and key decision-makers.
- Handle commercial negotiations and oversee the complete sales process.
- Track market movements, competitor actions, and changing customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Build sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and long-term business plans.
- Guide and mentor the commercial team as needed.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- Candidates should be based in Jeddah or open to relocating there.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) is required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on exposure to one or more of these sectors: Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Detergents, or Chemicals.
- A solid network of customers and senior decision-makers.
- Strong ability in commercial selling, negotiation, presentations, and relationship management.
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets and building strategic client partnerships.
