Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead growth across MPS, AV solutions, office furniture, and office automation. This role involves full-cycle B2B selling, from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions to negotiating terms and closing deals. Success in this position requires a consultative approach, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build durable customer partnerships.

Sales and Business Development

  • Create and implement sales plans aimed at meeting revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in corporate, government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and SME markets.
  • Market and sell MPS, AV solutions, office furniture, and office automation products and services.
  • Meet clients, deliver presentations, demonstrate solutions, and carry out site evaluations to clarify needs.
  • Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations for customers.
  • Manage negotiations and work toward closing profitable deals while keeping customer satisfaction in focus.
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market activity.
  • Take part in tenders, RFQs, and RFP responses in coordination with internal teams.

Key Account Management

  • Maintain strong working relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and suggesting practical, value-led solutions.
  • Strengthen retention through regular follow-up, engagement, and reliable service support.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and longer-term partnerships.
  • Assist with account planning and revenue expansion initiatives.

Market and Product Development

  • Track market trends, sector developments, competitor activity, and new technologies.
  • Keep up to date with the company’s products, services, and best practices in the industry.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer insights to support strategy and product improvement.
  • Share recommendations with management on new opportunities and growth initiatives.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with technical, project, installation, logistics, and after-sales teams to support smooth project delivery.
  • Record customer details, sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts accurately in CRM systems.
  • Prepare monthly sales updates, pipeline reviews, and business development reports for management.
  • Guide junior sales team members and share practical sales methods and best practices.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and business development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of solid sales experience in MPS, AV solutions, office furniture, office automation, workplace technology solutions, or similar B2B sectors.
  • Proven background in business development, key account management, and solution-based selling.
  • Good command of consultative and value-driven sales methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • A valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
