Position: Senior Relationship Manager (Mid Market & Supply Chain)

Education: Master's in Finance
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline to increase loan book size and market share within targeted regions.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify business expansion opportunities.
• Maintain client retention by engaging effectively to minimize attrition.
• Build and deepen relationships with investment bankers, chartered accountants, and brokers to generate leads.
• Manage delinquent accounts proactively and work closely with the team to ensure timely collections.
• Acquire new clients through lead identification and conversion strategies.
• Expand business volume via cross-selling and innovative product offerings.
• Ensure swift turnaround times in collaboration with credit analysts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer service responsiveness.
• Coordinate loan applications processing with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant disbursals.
• Collect and share market intelligence with management to adjust business strategies.
• Track overdue accounts daily and implement timely collection interventions.
• Maintain profitability by applying suitable pricing and fee structures.
• Support cost management initiatives and adhere to organizational processes for loan sourcing and administration.

Skills and Competencies

• Comprehensive knowledge of business finance, loan structuring, and credit administration.
• Understanding of local market dynamics, industries, and customer financial preferences.
• Strong credit quality management including portfolio selection, pre-screening, and post-sanction surveillance.
• Effective relationship-building and network formation in the financial services environment.
• Up-to-date awareness of market trends and local customer behavior.
