About The Role

As the Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager for the West Region, you will design, execute, and manage a comprehensive learning and development framework tailored for Louis Vuitton stores throughout the West. Your focus will be to align educational programs with key business goals and meet the developmental needs of retail teams. By providing continuous follow-up and hands-on coaching, you will build leadership capabilities among Store and Team Managers, empowering them to lead confidently and skillfully. Your leadership aims to elevate the client experience through exceptional service, covering the Los Angeles and Orange County metropolitan teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Retail Training and Client Development initiatives, including regional and in-store onboarding, tailored training modules, and personalized plans to address store or region-specific requirements.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring effective application of selling skills via frequent observations and coaching efforts.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to store teams to improve skillsets, mindset, and conduct across all personnel.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 plus potential bonuses. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, short and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, employee discounts and perks, as well as two employer-supported retirement plans.
