Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to support restaurant leadership by spearheading recruitment strategies and practices across a designated region. This role involves identifying leadership talent at various levels, coaching on recruitment best practices, and managing complex hiring needs. The recruiter will analyze trends, develop solutions to recruitment challenges, and ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws. They will also provide mentoring to team members and manage staffing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing and screening strategies to fill Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles.
• Manage internal interviews for regional leadership vacancies.
• Collaborate with senior field leaders to design regional recruitment plans based on hiring trends and strategic priorities.
• Coach leaders on effective staffing, interviewing techniques, and enhancing candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote innovation and build high-performing teams.
• Work alongside HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement recruitment strategies tailored to market needs.
• Lead the deployment and execution of recruitment initiatives within the region.
• Engage deeply in business activities to support talent succession planning.
• Coach peers and assist in developing and launching recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Mandatory high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Between 3 to 8 years of recruiting or related experience, ideally within multi-unit restaurant or retail sectors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders.
• Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with effective project ownership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to proactively address recruitment challenges independently.
• Experience as a change agent collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $112,000 annually, complemented by eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience. Chipotle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, sick leave, and vacation time.
