Role Overview
An experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist is needed to support hiring efforts for large-scale Construction and Oil & Gas projects in Saudi Arabia, including assignments connected to Saudi Aramco requirements.

Key Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Background in companies operating in Construction and Oil & Gas.
- Prior involvement in hiring for Saudi Aramco-related projects.
- Strong exposure to both local and overseas recruitment channels.
- Solid understanding of overseas recruitment agencies, including vendor identification, contract discussions, contract administration, and tracking supplier performance.
- Experience sourcing technical, engineering, and administrative talent.
- Capability to oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar hiring platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
