• Identify, evaluate, and successfully place high-quality candidates in various educational roles.
• Consistently achieve and exceed billing objectives in a dynamic and target-oriented working environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for a prominent education recruitment agency on both UK and international fronts.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of proven experience in education recruitment, including compulsory, further, or international education sectors.
• Demonstrable success in billing with in-depth knowledge of the UK education recruitment market.
• Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to elevate professional growth and income potential.
• Confident and resilient, capable of thriving under fast-paced, 360-degree or delivery-centric recruitment models.
